  • Registration has closed and due to reaching max capacity we cannot accept any registrations on site. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope to see you next year!
  • Registration closed July 5th at 12:00pm EDT.
  • The conference does not provide any additional funding for travel or other costs for conference participants.

Registration Fees

Registration includes attendance to the conference program, workshops, related materials, Lunch each day and Day 1 networking reception.

*The first two participants to register from each NGO are eligible to apply for a refund of their registration fee. The reimbursement will be processed AFTER the registrant completes the conference. NO financial assistance will be provided for participants other than limited support for degree-students presenting posters (see posters page for details).

Cancellations

Cancellations made after June 10th are not guaranteed (full or partial). If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Form and choose the appropriate category.


Invitation Letters for Visa Applications for Travel to the Rwanda

If you need a letter of invitation to the conference to present at your Visa Application in-person appointment at the Rwanda Consulate or Embassy nearest to you, please complete this online form and we will be in touch shortly after receiving your submission. Please make sure to read the instructions on the website of the Rwanda Consulate near you regarding visa application. 

While the Conference organizers will issue you a letter in support of your visa, it is your responsibility to read instructions on the Rwanda Embassy website for your country and to take the necessary steps in the visa application process. We regret that we cannot provide additional support if your visa application is denied.
